What you need to know when purchasing


If in stock, most pieces will ship out within 3 business days or faster if requested. Lead times on items not in stock will vary. Please check with us if your purchase is time sensitive.


Catherine Iskiw Designs has been designing and selling jewelry since 1994. It is produced by master jewelers in New York City. To the very best of our knowledge, the diamonds, gemstones and precious metals that we use come from reputable companies that supply ethically sourced and environmentally responsible materials.


To order any of the jewelry on this site, you may contact us by email at or phone at 917 602 1785. We are currently using PayPal for website and offline payments. You may also pay by check and orders will be ship after the funds have cleared. For orders shipped within New York State, a sales tax of 8.875% will apply. We are not currently required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of NY State as of 1/1/2015. Please note that we can only deliver to addresses as listed on the credit card used and we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.


Orders can be shipped via UPS 2-Day Air or Overnight Delivery within the United States. This does not include Saturday delivery unless requested and additional charges apply. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on delivery method, weight and insurance value.


If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered, undamaged merchandise for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and any tags. Custom orders which include design variations, changes in metal used and ring sizing are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.

Returned items must be in new condition and shipped prepaid and insured. Catherine Iskiw Designs is not responsible for loss or damage of returned items. Please package securely so that items do not scratch and damage during shipping and insure for the full value of the purchase price. Once the returned item is received, and determined that it is in like new condition, we will provide a credit for the amount of the item, less any original shipping charges. Commissions for custom-made jewelry are accepted on a case-by-case basis. You will be able to select the materials that inspire you: platinum, yellow, white or rose gold in 18k or 14k as well as palladium or silver, in a variety of finishes.

Custom orders include ring sizing and any designs that differ from those shown on this website. When the order is placed a deposit of 50% of the total purchase price will be charged to your credit card. The balance plus shipping and insurance will be charged upon shipment of your jewelry. Please note that all custom orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Custom ring sizing and made-to-order pieces may take up to eight weeks.


If your jewelry requires any periodic refinishing, resizing, or repairing, we highly recommend that you send it to us, since special techniques are used to create our jewelry and achieve Catherine Iskiw Designs signature look.
