City Heart Pendant in Medium

This heart pendant is reversible with a .16 ct. heart shaped diamond set in the platinum side and a 3.5 mm heart shaped ruby set in the gold side. 18k tubes with rivets hold the two plates apart from each other to allow for the depth of the stones. The front and back have a straight line matte finish and the sides and interior are high polish. It is on a 3 mm wide x 16" long 18k yellow gold cable chain and lobster clasp.
